The hummingbirds, meanwhile, kept coming back to the feeder to drink, but the praying mantis reached out for them and they decided to keep their distance. One brave male hummer did sneak a few slurps from the back side of the feeder!
Still haven't accomplished much hooking lately, but I have drawn up two new projects that I hope to finish this week.
Have a great week! Linda
A really cool picture. I haven't seen one of those in a long time.

Linda - I've only ever seen one in real life - Carrie was in Kindergarten and she's now a Senior. I heard her out in front of the house screaming like I'd never heard before, of course I rush out to find out what is happening to the child. Guess what was sitting on a rock? She remembers and we still laugh about it today. Have a great week. ~Ann
